In a bowl, mix together the water, olive oil, milk, yeast and sugar and stir. Add a little flour and pour in the salt. Knead the remaining flour, until a soft dough that sticks a little.

Grease your hands and form small balls from the dough. We take a ball and roll in the palm of our hand a round sheet, put them in the middle of a tablespoon of the cream cheese. Close the filling in the dough and create again a ball, pressing gently with your hands until it becomes a doormat.

Spread the αγνότητες on a floured surface until it's done. We leave in a warm spot until the pastry is risen.

Fry in plenty of olive oil Gold Elasion from both sides until lightly browned. Remove to a plate with absorbent paper.

Serve with honey Smari or molasses.
